Abstract:

In terms with the characteristic of real-time control, a method of statistical adaptive increment control based on control-cell is set up. The method is the combination of periodical statiatics of detected data and intelligent control method. It takes the control cycle as control-cell and fractionizes the real-time control requirement into some quantization control state. Meanwhile, the proportional relationship between the control parameters and the control increments is identified, and the statistical adaptive increment controller was obtained. By analyzing the relative projection adjustable increment of effective configuration of extended control-cell, it is proved that this method can converge to a statistical optimization and can be interference-free. This design is simple to microprogramming, which not only has faster computing, but also has high efficiency for analogue control. Using the controlling method, the temperature of beer fermentation jar is controlled rapidly and stably.
