In order to study using milled asphalt pavement material in the local roads. The paper summarized the information, studied the asphalt recycling mechanism, analyzed hot in-place recycling (HIPR), hot mixing plant recycling (HMPR), cold in-place recycling (CIPR) and cold mixing plant recycling (CMPR), combined with low-grade road status, selected suitable regeneration mode for low-grade roads. The result of the test showed that different contents of the old recycled material effects the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture.
