Research on Temperature Gradient of Continuously Reinforced Concrete Composite Asphalt Pavement
Abstract:Thermal field of CRC + AC composite pavement under the conditions of continuous temperature variation is simulated using finite element method, maximum temperature gradient and temperature stress of CRC layer are calculated, the relationship between the thicknesses of structural layer and the maximum temperature gradient of CRC layer are analyzed and regressed. Temperature-type reflection crack extension of AC layer is calculated and analyzed. Research results show that the maximum temperature gradient of CRC layer linearly decreases with the thicknesses of AC layer and CRC layer increasing, and the temperature gradient and temperature warping stress of CRC layer can be reduced by appropriately increasing the thicknesses of AC layer and CRC layer in design. The increased thickness of the AC layer will reduce and delay the temperature-type reflection crack extension.
