This paper will identify three different techniques of arranging a measurement to produce image reconstruction using Linear Back Projection (LBP) and filtered using Filtered Back Projection (FBP). All the arrangements using the combination concept between parallel and fan beam projection. It shows that parallel beam projection performance can be improved by adding fan beam projection to it. From the simulation result, the dissimilar type of measurement will produce different image quality and combination approach seem promising to enhance parallel beam performance.
