Abstract:
The diagnosis of solitary plasma cell neoplasm is based on clinical, radiological and laboratory findings and it can be accepted as the precursor lesion of multiple myeloma as spread of disease occurs in 30-50% of affected patients. However, solitary plasmacytoma of the temporal bone is a rare pathology. We present an interesting case of plasmacytoma of the temporal bone which was controlled by a combination of surgery and radiotherapy. Keywords: PLASMACYTOMA; TEMPORAL; BONE
