Abstract:
The development of the global network has not altered the law of copyright - all existing legislation applies. However, some new legislation has been necessary. Some owners of intellectual property believe technical measures are more effective than the law. Others are seeking to find new ways of licensing usage. A third group is more concerned with moral rights than with property rights.Document Type: Research article
