Penile Involvement with Hand-Foot Syndrome

Abstract:
Hand-foot syndrome, or palmar plantar erythrodysesthesia, is a chemotherapy-induced cutaneous reaction typically characterized by painful erythema of the palms and soles followed by desquamation and exfoliation in those areas. This report represents the first case of hand-foot syndrome associated with penile erythema, pain, and desquamation in addition to the classic hand and sole findings.Keywords: Erythrodysaesthesia, drug induced; Fluorouracil, adverse reactions
