Abstract:The dismissal approach after a hazing incident fails to address the harm done to the affected communities, such as the team, school, or organization. This model is problematic for groups and organizations that desire or need to continue to work together after the incident. This article describes how restorative justice can be a more meaningful response to hazing. The download option below is for the full issue of this publication.
