Abstract:
Weight-training activities improve fitness levels and help to improve sport performance, but safety is often a concern when students use free weights and machines. This article describes a program for using sandbag trainers for weight training, the advantages of using them, recommended lesson formats, and teaching tips for this innovative activity.Document Type: Miscellaneous
