We investigate a two dimensional anisotropic quantum dot with Rashba spin-orbit interaction in presence of a magnetic field perpendicular to the plane of the dot. The dynamical properties of the spin states and subbands populations of a single electron have been studied. In order to obtain the expectation values of the spin states and structural subbands as functions of time, the time evolution operator in the Fock-Darwin representation, has been calculated. According to the results, the mean value of spin is observed to wobble along the magnetic field on an ellipse. Moreover, the phenomena of the collapse-revivals are found to occur for the subband averages and the spin along the magnetic field.
